Parts Manufacturer Approval (PMA)
Fulcrum has further strengthened its capabilities with an FAA Parts Manufacturer Approval (PMA). This FAA certification is a combined design and production approval for modification and replacement articles. It allows Fulcrum to produce and sell these articles for installation on type certificated products.
This leverages Fulcrum’s experience developing solutions for our customers, and ultimately means more customers can benefit from the game-changing products we create.

PMA Project #PQ10051NE
This project is a prime example of how customers can leverage the Fulcrum Advantage by providing a lightweight, high strength, low drag, multi-purpose, external hardpoint mounting provision option for the Bell 429 helicopter.
Fulcrum’s B429 Hardpoints STC SRØ1Ø68DE broadens the aircrafts versatility by providing the means to mount wings and other external stores on the Bell 429 – an elegant solution where none existed before.
Integration
Fulcrum Concepts leverages a highly skilled integration and installation team composed of A&P Mechanics, IA’s, and Avionics Technicians. This capability coupled with our engineering and prototyping capabilities enables us to conduct comprehensive first article modifications on aircraft all under one roof. Instrumentation and flight test can all be conducted at our facility as well, making this a truly one stop shop.

Fulcrum is a One-Stop Shop
Fulcrum’s integration team is adept at mechanical, structural, and electrical installations. Our own engineering team provides in-person production engineering support as required throughout the modification process, which improves efficiency. Whether the task is a structural A-kit installation, cockpit upgrade, armament system integration, EO/IR system installation or any other airframe modification it is likely we can accomplish it here.
