Retired ARMY Master Sergeant has 16+ years of experience in aviation management, electrical, avionics, multiple weapons systems, a variety of WESCAM and Raytheon Forward Looking Infrared (FLIR) sensors, research and development (R&D) and quality assurance. Brian has his Federal Communications Commission License (FCC) and is skilled in troubleshooting, repair, and installation of avionics, weapons, and FLIR sensor systems for both rotary and fixed wing aircraft. He has experience as both an installation and project manager for Air Worthiness Release’s (AWR), Supplemental Type Certificate’s (STC), and Form 337’s. His ability to analyze and reconcile engineering drawings and system schematics makes him an asset to Fulcrum Concepts and its customers. Of Brian’s 16 years in ARMY aviation, 15 of those years were served in the United States Special Operations arena. His last position served in the ARMY was as the Allied Shops Sergeant Major. While in this position, he gained a great deal of experience serving a parallel job as a Government Liaison and Contracting Officers Representative (COR) for several vendors that supplied his unit’s mission requirements. Brian’s broad experience on rotary wing aircraft, fixed wing aircraft, and FLIR sensor’s is complimented by several factory level training courses including Bell 412 Electrical Management Training Course and Integrated Flight Control System Training Course, Bell 407 Electrical Management Training Course, S-76 Advance Troubleshooting, S-92 Maintenance Avionics Training Course, MH-47E Chinook Electrical and Avionics Course, WESCAM MX-20 Factory Level Training Course and the RAYTHEON MTS-A Factory Level Training Course.
