Matthew Killam is an intelligence specialist with expertise in Signals Intelligence, Counter-Terrorism and support to Special Operations elements. He is a retired U.S. Army Master Sergeant and SIGINT Analyst with over 20 years’ experience. He served 12 years in the Special Operations community in a number of capacities from analyst to Squadron Intelligence Officer building intelligence to develop the operational portion of the national counter-terrorism strategy, guide counter-network and man-hunting operations, and support dynamic and strong-point assaults. Mr. Killam has served on the National Security Agency’s Intelligence Analysis Staff and is a graduate of the NSA’s analytic professionalization program. Mr. Killam has provided operational intelligence in support of every major US military operation since Operation Restore Hope in Somalia, including 8 combat tours in Iraq and Afghanistan. Mr. Killam is currently the Senior Program Manager for Intelligence Operations for Fulcrum Concepts, LLC., where he provides counter-terrorism and intelligence systems training and operational consulting for a wide range of Federal, Local and Commercial clients.
