Michael Zinanni

Retired Army Sergeant Major with 20+ years, 17 of which were in the United States Special Operations community as an aircraft armament missile systems repairer, avionics, electrician, and aircraft integration specialist (armament, avionics, sensors, and special mission equipment).  Mike has 10 years of experience as an integrator and project lead ranging from small single system integration efforts up to full armed ISR packages on both fixed and rotary wing civil and military aircraft.  Mike's most notable leadership positions included Research and Development Non-Commissioned Officer in Charge (NCOIC) and culminated as the Allied Shops Sergeant Major.  Mike has multiple combat deployments to include, Bosnia, Afghanistan, and Iraq.  Immediately following retirement in 2008, Mike accepted a position with the Technology Applications Program Office (TAPO) as the Sensors and Weapons Project Integrator for all sensors and weapons integration efforts for the 160th Special Operations Aviation Regiment (Airborne) aircraft to include the A/MH-6M, MH-60L/K/M, and MH-47G aircraft.  Mike, following his assignment at TAPO, served as a Business Development Manager for General Dynamics Armament and Technical Projects (GDATP) primarily focused on Gatling style weapon systems.  In 2010, Mike transitioned to Fulcrum Concepts, LLC as a Managing Member, where he leverages his technical experience to solve challenging customer requirements.
