Sergeant Major (Ret) Scott Richman served in the United States Army for 20 years, 18 of which were in the United States Army Special Operations Aviation community. Operationally he specialized in tactical rotary-wing operations, aircraft armament activities, and tactical ISR operations. He also specialized in rapidly integrating emerging technical solutions, and getting them into the field. After retiring from the Army in 2004 he spent 5 years as a Program Manager for Northrop Grumman managing complex aircraft integration programs. In 2009 he transitioned to Fulcrum Concepts LLC as a Managing Member where he continues to leverage his operational and technical experience to solve challenging customer requirements.
