Steve Christensen
Steven Christensen has 25 years cutting-edge engineering experience working for major airframe and defense manufacturers including: McDonnell Douglas, Northrop Grumman, Bombardier, Sikorsky, L-3 Communications, and Gulfstream Aerospace. As a stress analyst in the MD-80 Airframe group, he performed classical and finite element analysis of primary aircraft fuselage and wing structures. In 1992 he was selected Engineering Project Manager leading the development of advanced composite structures. He is a 2 time recipient of the President’s Award for technology innovation and was featured speaker at the Society for Manufacturing Engineers annual Symposium. He continued serving as lead structures engineer for a variety of primary airframe and mechanical systems aircraft certification programs. As Engineering Manager at Northrop Grumman, Steve was responsible for the development and integration of Special Mission platforms where over 50 FAA STC’s and AED approvals were obtained while managing as many as 4 major ISR integration programs concurrently. Promoted to Vice President of Engineering Solutions at Fulcrum Concepts LLC, Steve’s purpose is to create a vibrant and diverse engineering services capability that leverages the broad experience base and knowledge of the Special Operations community.
